Individuals who are not employees of member companies may attend the annual PFAA Conference only if they are a speaker at the Conference. Unless the Board votes otherwise, guests will not be invited to attend the annual Conference.

By applying for membership into the PFAA and signing above, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to be bound by the PFAA's By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation, and Statement of Antitrust Policy (collectively, the "PFAA Rules"), as they may be amended from time to time. I understand that noncompliance with the PFAA Rules, including but not limited to the open solicitation of business, could lead to expulsion from membership in the PFAA. I hereby release the PFAA, its officers and directors, and its member companies from any liability related to the enforcement of the PFAA Rules.
